Windmühlenmesser Premium Series Knives

The premium series "Unikate aus Tradition" (Unique pieces from tradition) comprises a small range of knives with a special history, shape and traditional craftsmanship. Elegance, high functionality and first-class materials combined with the finest craftsmanship are the most outstanding features of these knives. Grandmoulin, the big mill, is the big elegant bread knife. In its shape, inspired by the harvesting knives of the Dutch colonies, it is a very sharp, durable bread knife. Katana-Moulin, the "mill sword", is inspired by the tradition of the Japanese tuna knives, the Shinomune. Sword-like, with an elegant, slightly curved elastic blade, it cuts ham and salmon perfectly. The pike sabers are based on a knife shape made around 1910. Suitable as a carving or all-purpose knife as well as for finely slicing herbs or small vegetables, and for stretching and skinning meat.
